WHY I FOUNDED MIRROR CX CONSULTING

My name is Andréa Nadeau and I'm a Customer Success Executive with significant service product definition and operations experience working in emerging technologies, telecommunications, and digital marketing. I had a track record of growing top-line revenue for traditional offers. 

I started researching As-a-Service Subscription models. I was employed at a company that wanted to shift their offers to recurring revenue.  It made sense - everyone else was doing it. Except, like the industry, shifting to managed subscription models, while driving adoption levels meant throwing out the playbook. I have expertise in service design for effective customer onboarding, scaling revenue, addressing serviceability for churn avoidance and sustaining product lifecycles through renewals.

In a subscription model world, I believe success is bred through mentorship, community engagement and social selling.
