John Stroud, Brad Smith and Andréa Nadeau have led organizations through terror, environmental, business disruption events. Combined, with areas of expertise in Team Design and Culture, Regulatory Affairs, Brand and Experience, Technology, Product and Service Design and Business Transformation.

John Stroud is an accomplished executive and expert in collective intelligence as it applies to strategic planning, innovation & risk management.  He helps clients uncover the intellectual diversity of their employees in order to improve decision-making and drive organizational results.  Prior to launching CrowdBridge, John was a central figure in the transformation a new Crown corporation from a small start-up to a mature national organization. As the Vice President responsible for strategy, human resources, risk management, legal and governance, John managed security incidents, media attention, chronic funding uncertainty, intense scrutiny from stakeholders and the relationship with government.  John is known for being a keen listener, who builds consensus among his colleagues, in order to confidently take bold action.  John has his BA, LLB, MPA, M.Phil and ICD.D.

Andréa Nadeau is a bilingual customer success leader with significant service product definition and operations experience. A thought-leader in emerging technologies and innovation, telecommunications, public sector and higher education, she's personally led projects with some of Canada's most trusted companies and growth industries. As the former Director of Professional Services at one of Canada's leading Telecommunications Companies, she held a proven track record of standing up high performing teams in a variety of telecommunications technologies including Data Centre and Cloud, Business Grade Networks, Wireless In-Building Solutions, Internet of Things and Unified Communications. She has significant experience in shifting from traditional revenue models to subscription and managed services focused offers, while driving adoption levels. She's successfully stood up employee engagement and customer success programs.  She's also been a Brand Ambassador for organizations, as a compelling storyteller for social selling and marketing campaigns.
 

Brad Smith has had a significant career as an executive leader, expert in Human Resources and Board member. Over his career there have been a few constants: the ability to architect and build strong teams, solve business challenges and support people from all levels to achieve their goals. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Brad led the delivery of human resources corporate services for one of Canada’s largest employers. Being a leader at an organization that faced disruption of its business much earlier than other organizations, Brad accumulated the kind of experience required to guide clients through complex transformation and digital upheaval. Brad is known as an effective communicator, champion of organizational change and workplace mental health.
